The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting departmental activities related to analyzing operational and financial data required for decision-making of the senior leadership team. The position works closely with the operations team on projects related to budgeting, strategic financial planning and benchmarking. Supports development of learning programs, methods, and tools to facilitate understanding of financial, statistical, and productivity information. Acts as a team lead for Financial Analysts. This position works independently but will receive guidance, strategic direction, training and coaching from Manager and other team members.
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, economics, business administration (major in finance), or related discipline. Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years experience in financial analysis and decision support required, preferably in a healthcare environment
