This is a Hybrid position. Must be willing to work in the office at our main campus in Phoenix at least 2 days per week.
The Talent Development Consultant works with leaders throughout the organization--including clinical and non-clinical departmental leaders--to develop their skills so they may become even more effective at leading and influencing others. Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, designing, facilitating, supporting, and evaluating departmental and organization-wide initiatives, workshops, and programs aligned with strategic needs. May develop and/or support programs for employees at various stages of the talent lifecycle, which could include onboarding/orientation, professional development, culture, employee engagement, team building, performance management, change management, recognition, and retention efforts.
Bachelors degree in health care, business, adult education, or related field. (Required)
Masters degree in business, adult education, or related field. (Preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in health care. (Preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience. (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching and/or teaching adult learners. (Required)
Demonstrated proficiency with facilitation, adult learning styles and practices, instructional design, group dynamics, and interactive learning methods. (Required)
Exceptional written, oral, and positive influential interpersonal and communication skills. (Required)
Previous experience in health care, with ability to understand both clinical and non-clinical terms. (Preferred)
Ability to take initiative and work independently. Must be adaptable to change and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities. (Required)
Must be outgoing, results oriented, and have the ability to work well within a team. (Required)
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, Learning Management Systems, and Zoom. (Required)
Proficient in use of survey design and platforms as well as course-authoring technologies. (Preferred)
