Position Summary: The Supply Chain Solutions Implementation Manager is responsible for engaging with and making strategic sourcing recommendations to surgeons, leadership and other stakeholders that focus on the total cost of ownership to achieve the best value for MultiCare. The incumbent conveys the drivers of supply costs, utilization variances and quality of care outcomes across MultiCare to assist in the development of savings initiatives; monitors performance of implemented changes; achieves continuous improvements; raises awareness of benchmark index information and outcome metrics; ensures connectivity of IBU focused initiatives into system opportunities; works collaboratively to identify and lead opportunity implementation via approved utilization changes, contacting opportunities, pick list revisions, vendor engagement, etc. and identifies industry and category trends.
Minimum Requirements: Seven (7) years of experience to include direct management of supply chain contracts, developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required Supply Chain Analytics experience strongly preferred Healthcare experience preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelors degree required; Masters Degree preferred One of the following certifications required: Certified Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum education qualifications#LI-TD1
