The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for managing the development of AdventHealth’s Corporate HR digital strategy. The Digital Strategy Manager is a subject matter expert passionately dedicated to growing the digital intelligence expertise and knowledge base of HR Digital Strategy team. Stays current in the latest techniques, tools and processing in the fields of communications and behavioral science, program monitoring, web design, marketing measurement and analytics. Manages the development of innovative strategic solutions for website activity, online advertising, email/CRM programs, mobile marketing, social media and other emerging trends that help solve key business problems. Oversees the career brand style guide on digital platforms to ensure consistency and quality across all AdventHealth digital mediums. Plays a critical role in the implementation of internal/external brand strategies used by Strategic Human Resources. Responsible for ensuring the digital presence of AdventHealth is accurately reflected on all platforms. Provides leadership during the creative brainstorming and planning process of initiatives relevant to digital with each HR Stakeholder. Works and develops relationships with stakeholders to educate on digital intelligence and digital platform strategies. This role is also responsible in providing oversite, supervision, and guidance of the Digital Media Strategist and Digital Marketing Strategist. The Digital Strategy Manager provides direct reports with updates on implementing new social media, web platforms, digital policies, tactics, and strategies. Holds weekly meetings with all direct reports to gather updates on current projects.

- Distills complex digital concepts in a way that’s relatable and relevant to audiences, and garners support and buy-in for new digital approaches.
- Proposes recommended changes in AdventHealth digital strategy based on the data analysis and industry trends.
- Establishes and implements guidelines, leveraging best practices for digital strategies and techniques, across email marketing, career site, job sites, landing pages, SharePoint, and other web forms.
- Executes tests, collects and analyzes data and results, identifies trends and insights in order to create, adjust and justify digital strategies.
- Analyzes and interprets what behaviors and patterns contribute to the efficient flow of candidates/employees through AdventHealth’s career processes
- Serves as a digital strategy subject matter expert for AdventHealth HR’s digital presence.
- Monitors external digital platforms relevant to AdventHealth careers and tracks/catalogs user sentiment, both favorable and unfavorable.
- Stays abreast of trends and developments in the digital world, seeking opportunities to elevate the digital brand of each HR Stakeholder.
- Manages the comprehensive analysis of the AdventHealth Corporate HR’s digital presence, identifying and understanding both the effective areas and the areas of opportunity.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, human resources or related field required.
- 5-7 years of experience creating content in a marketing, human resources, communications public relations or related field required.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hubspot and online publishing tools.
- Experience following and working with brand guidelines
- Strong understanding of digital/social principles and best practices
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
