HRIS Manager to join our team remotely.
About the role: The Manager of Business Applications – HR Technology (Tech) is responsible for the implementation and support of all HR technology related applications used by Premise Health and manages the team that supports these applications along with the oversight of HR Analytics. The Manager of Business Applications – HR Tech and their team will be responsible for a variety of applications utilized by and for onboarding, recruiting, end user training and tickets, and others as needed. They are also responsible for the team that oversees integrations in and out of these systems as well as data feeds to various third-party vendors such as Benefit providers, Background check companies, etc., as well as HR Analytics and reporting needs.
Essential Functions: - Manage the team that supports the various applications and users of those applications
- Manage the team that provides HR Analytics using reporting functionality within each application and various visualization tools
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex issues
- Assist departments with the selection and implementation of new applications
- Partner with various departments to help identify and implement process improvements related to the applications being used
- Optimize functionality within the applications
- Advise on best-practices for data integrity
- Lead cross-functional change committees and ensure all impacted departments are aware of application or process changes
- Work with various departments to coordinate system upgrades or scheduled activities
- Work with various departments to advise on and implement new policies with impact to the HRIS applications
- Manage data extract and import processes for employee related data to and from third party vendors
- Manage integrations between all relevant internal business systems
- Lead all HR and Payroll projects related to year-end
- Other tasks, as needed by the company
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Application support experience
- Previous management experience
- Previous exposure and/or participation with application implementation projects preferred.
Preferred Experience: - A strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes
- Experience managing applications that support HR and Payroll processes
- Experience with standalone applications connected by integrations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Compensation is between $95,000 to $110,000 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
