The Payment Review Lead is responsible for supporting the activities and functions of PFS training and mentoring staff to ensure that goals and objectives are met in accordance within established priorities and timeframes. They must have the technical expertise to identify, analyze, audit and resolve issues while working timely and effectively both internally and externally. This includes assisting with leading performance improvement projects to increase staff productivity while streamlining and improving workflow process and the appropriate use of systems and automation. The payment review Lead must utilize independent judgement.
