Reporting to the President of Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) and the Central North Texas Region, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the organization by providing direction and structure to operating units. The COO implements effective and ongoing programs in areas of responsibility to measure, assess, and improve the quality of care/services provided and levels of service excellence in a cost-effective manner.
