Responsible for designing and developing the career development strategy, plan and process for the health system. Works with business and functional leaders to make strategic decisions about appropriate interventions.  Utilizes a variety of assessment methods to gather the information needed to present informed recommendations. Reviews and analyzes work processes, workloads, workflow and functional interrelationships to identify ways to improve efficiency and productivity. Recommends work process changes.
