The HR Technology Integrations Partner is responsible for leading all efforts in monitoring and enhancing LPCH's HR technology integration network, centered on HCM (Human Capital Management). The role serves the HR function both from an operations and project perspective and will liaison closely with Payroll and Information Technology Departments. Responsible for design, developing and managing integrations between HCM and all downstream internal and external applications. Understands the business and IS processes and effectively do the impact/root cause analysis to solve business problems/issues. The HR Technology Integrations Partner works in a fast-paced, collaborative, highly cross-team environment, with the ability to quickly pivot between HR technology integration work and project-based implementation work. This role takes initiative to lead all aspects of HR integration work and collaborates with HR COE's, HR Leaders, HR Operations Center, and HR Business Partners, as well as Finance, Technology Process Owners, and External Partners, Contractors and Vendors.

Documents business and system requirements for new CRM and combined payroll and HR service center
Leads and/or participates in the research, design, development, testing, delivery, and training of new and modified business processes, reports, and tools.
Participates in research, planning, and testing of major system upgrades and miscellaneous updates
Works in partnership with Director of Payroll to set parameters for Data integrity and integration with HCM
Works closely with stakeholder to gather and analyze the business requirements, to ensure IS Teams understand and deliver the solutions as defined
Serves as HR Project Manager to provide oversight, coordination, facilitation, prioritization and HR/PR/IS Governance workgroup
Provides oversight of the day-to-day monitoring for HCM inbound and outbound integrations
Works with subject matter experts, primary stakeholders, and training department to develop and deliver training to end-users
Researches integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and reports back to management and business leaders. Develop plans to mitigate and avoid future system issues. Works directly with internal customers and third-party vendors to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues promptly.
Serves as SME to provide expert higher level Tier support for HCM Integration and Reporting needs
Collaborates with IS and Payroll stakeholder to ensure that custom reports, dashboard, metrics and analytics is available for CRM
Partners with Organizational development team on execution of change management on projects to drive adoption, achieve outcomes and business results, and enhance the experience for those impacted
Responsible and accountable for HR CRM, including maintaining knowledge base and metrics.
Responsible for Project management and hands-on integration delivery support for focused initiatives, including solutioning new data exchanges from HCM to various providers, or enhancing existing integrated solutions.
Responsible for Identification and escalation of data and technical integration issues and risks, with full ownership and latitude to facilitate timely resolution.
Leads the transition and sunsetting of current HR ticketing system
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience (including HR integration functional support OR integration technical development, OR consulting on technology implementations, including planning, discovery, design, integration testing, and cutover OR run & maintain operations support of a portfolio of HR integrations, including hands-on experience supporting, building, or debugging Workday Integrations, OR Participation in end-to-end HR/Payroll technology implementations)
Licensure/Certification: None required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
These are the observable and measurable attributes and skills required to perform successfully the essential functions of the job and are generally demonstrated through qualifying experience, education, or licensure/certification.
Ability to ramp up to speed quickly and effectively on the current portfolio of HCN, Payroll, and other HR technology integrations in the LPCH HR/Payroll systems landscape.
Ability to blend both hands-on integration technical ability with broader HR technology acumen
Experience in project planning and being a work thread lead within an HR technology project or integration implementation.
Experience in building and managing relationships with internal integration stakeholders and external vendor partners and contractors.
Knowledge and understanding of HR systems and technologies.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and leaders.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Advanced understanding of the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including integrations requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production.
Knowledge and exposure to HCM integration cloud technologies such as EIB, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, Web Services, XML, data transfer, file formats, etc.
Strong experience with agile development concepts.
Ability to problem solve and ongoing learning in the HR technology space.
Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Power platform or other reporting/analytics tools preferred.Knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and HR.
