The Recruitment Coordinator supports the Recruitment team in various administrative tasks, such as answering candidate calls, phone screening, reference checking, coordinating on-site events and interviews. Uses discretionary initiative, professionalism and judgement in handling designated duties. Requires a thorough knowledge of organizational and department policies and services. Assists Executive Director of Talent Acquisition with complex projects and initiatives. Demonstrates superior interpersonal and administrative skills commensurate with the position.
Essential Job Outcomes
1. Support recruiting team, which may include but is not limited to, reference checking process, collecting new hire documents, greeting and touring candidates, and helping recruiters identify top talent by participating in recruiting events or sourcing. 2. Schedule candidate phone and onsite interviews. 3. Correspond with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. 4. Schedule, coordinate, and support specialized recruiting events or fairs including registration, logistical and marketing collateral needs. 5. Generate and distribute various tracking reports to Recruiters and/or HR Leaders. 6. Manage onsite interview logistics. 7. Process payments and relevant invoices associated with recruitment, marketing and/or events. 8. Administer the New Hire Referral Bonus Program. 9. Coordinates relocation information to potential new hires and ensures smooth and efficient processing of relocation package (to include car rental, travel, expenses, etc.) 10. Coordinates the placement of advertisement placements in appropriate newspaper/journal as directed by the assigned recruiter. 11. Assists with maintenance of records for all criminal background checks, drug tests, and educational certification verifications. 12. Researches and makes recommendations regarding opportunities to participate in annual conferences or other trade shows, including details on participation requirements (exhibitor, presenter, sponsor, marketing).
