The Executive Recruiter is responsible for partnering with executives and management staff on full-cycle recruiting for assigned departments which includes planning, developing, and implementing on-boarding strategies for top managerial and senior-level positions for all entities under MemorialCare Health System.
Essential Job Outcomes 1. Understand the job requirements and develops a suitable recruiting strategy. 2. Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, online job portals and other sources for high profile jobs. 3. Attends career and networking events and serves as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associations. 4. Completes all pre-employment screening processes including but not limited to: reference checks, employment verifications, licensure/degree/certification verification etc. 5. Manage the internal transfer and promotion process. 6. Posts requisitions through ATS and clarifies job description for open positions and confirms minimum requirements. 7. Sources applicants from ATS and other job boards that have been contracted for searches. 8. Screens applicants by conducting phone interviews, using appropriate interview techniques and employing standard labor law practices relating to recruitment; assesses, and refers qualified applicants for assigned areas of responsibility in an expeditious manner. 9. Maintain timely communication and correspondence with hiring managers and applicants. 10. Answers applicant inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and job duties for specific positions. 11. Interfaces with departments regarding current vacancies and the status of referred candidates by providing frequent updates and metrics to hiring managers. 12. In accordance with compensation guidelines, conducts salary reviews and makes verbal offers. 13. Assures that offers of employment are handled appropriately and in keeping with policies and procedures. 14. Actively participates in the on-boarding process to ensure optimal experience for new hire is achieved, which includes maintaining a relationship with new hires through the first year of employment. 15. Provides reports on recruitment activity and other miscellaneous reports as needed. 16. Attends required training and development opportunities.
