Program Director Process Improvement
DescriptionSummary:The Program Director Process Improvement has direct accountability for developing high-performance process improvement. Identify, design, and implement improvement methodologies supporting CHRISTUS System process improvement efforts. Emphasis will be on clinical outcomes, timeliness, operational efficiency, and effectiveness. Responsible for guiding teams in the CHRISTUS performance model for improvement. This includes providing assessment, analysis, systems optimization, process improvement training, development, and support services to the acute care facilities, non-acute care, and interconnected networks. Work closely with leaders and staff to identify and ensure best practices are developed and hardwired throughout the sys
