This position is responsible for: Consulting, designing and delivering solutions to leaders and associates that optimize performance, engagement, and effectiveness at the individual, group and organization levels. This individual is responsible for achieving desired business results via the identification, design, development, facilitation and implementation of Culture & Talent Development projects and programs in areas such as organizational effectiveness, leadership development, training and development, behavioral dynamics in the workplace, team development, organizational culture, change management, associate retention, performance management and associate engagement.
