JOB SUMMARYThe Community Education Specialist provides health education, coordinates educational activities and develops programs which promote health and wellness for patients, families, or community groups.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLENetworks and collaborates on a regular basis with team members and other appropriate organizations which could include public and private educators, public officials, community agencies, or civic groupsto provide health and wellness information.
