About the role: Plans, develops, implements and manages overall digital marketing and creative strategy and execution with the member in mind. Translates complex problems and ideas into compelling creative concepts and solutions rooted in sound strategy and rationale. Designs best-in-class digital member experiences that balance member and business needs. Leads creative development in line with brand strategy, content strategy, multi-media production, user-centered design and UX, and front-end development to support execution across a variety of online and offline channels. Drives the development of member personas, value propositions, positioning and key messages, and journeys that meet members where they are and capture key business opportunities. Develops and manages member CRM strategy and ongoing platform optimizations, and marketing automation and creative tools. Works with Marketing Strategy and Operations, and cross functional partners, including IT, Operations, Product, and Brand Marketing, and clients to deliver high quality, cost-effective member marketing campaigns and projects that drive meaningful engagement and utilization of Premise Health products and services to meet business objectives within a complex B2B2C environment. Drives campaign testing, optimization and reporting activities. Manages relationships with agency and digital vendor partners. Manages digital, content and design teams to execute integrated member marketing strategies and experiences.
Essential Functions:
Digital – Synthesize consumer, market and performance research and data to develop and execute seamless, high impact digital marketing strategies, campaigns and experiences across various owned and paid channels and mediums that evolve the member experience and drive demand
Drive and implement channel growth strategy aligned to member needs (email, web, blog, mobile/apps, SMS, SEO, social media, paid media, video, etc.)
Evaluate and build marketing technology stack; manage member CRM and marketing automation tools; expand capabilities and drive ongoing optimizations
Lead the development of member-centric interactive and responsive digital properties and applications, including microsites, landing pages and apps; oversee web and SEO activities
Develop and drive execution of online search and reputation management strategy in collaboration with Brand Marketing
Lead measurement efforts – define full funnel success metrics and KPIs to achieve business objectives, develop mechanisms for tracking, drive performance and optimizations, implement test and learn strategies, and generate reporting for internal stakeholders and clients
Creative – Drive creative excellence through high quality strategy and execution, resulting in innovative and distinctive assets and deliverables that build the brand and resonate with members to drive engagement
Partner with stakeholders to develop a common understanding of member and business needs through the development of frameworks, scenarios and journeys
Drive development of high-quality creative briefs, evolve the creative development process, and provide clear and constructive feedback to creative output from in-house or external agencies
Identify content marketing opportunities that support multiple formats and mediums; develop and execute comprehensive content strategy; build and manage content calendar
Lead the development of UX/UI deliverables using research and best practices, and implement prototyping and test-and-learn approaches; includes user journeys and flows, wireframes, information architecture, taxonomy, navigation, site maps and prototypes
Lead creation of member-centric visual identities and design elements within brand guidelines, and application across multiple channels, mediums, and tactics
Understand business goals, evaluate consumer-focused opportunities, and hold a crisp understanding of the consumer experience and competitors’ offerings to ensure that the member experience ladders up to the consumer’s needs
Launch processes and new membership experiences in partnership with marketing strategy and operations to drive the member strategy and build brand with our members
Work within the brand and design principles to deliver launch requirements to internal stakeholders, and partner with them to ensure strategy effectively “hits the mark” on the member positioning and message
Create business requirements for member strategy initiatives with the end user (member) in mind
Ensure teams are appropriately educated on the consumer and market landscape for each initiative
In tandem with the clinical, operations, and product teams, design the digital processes for consumer development at Premise Health
Work closely with all functions of Member Engagement to provide full-service support to internal stakeholders and clients by providing strategic direction and project management for key initiatives and essential day-to-day activities; defining creative and digital processes that support project needs and create workflow efficiencies; identifying opportunities to grow and enhance digital and creative capabilities; and directing member engagement training efforts in collaboration with the team.
Play a critical player-coach role and work with team to create the foundation for success by helping to define segments; advance the practice of using data and insights to inform decisions and develop effective campaigns and deliverables; provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team; identify and raise skill gaps, and help develop solutions to address them including mentoring, training, hiring, etc. to build a high performing team culture
Drive thought leadership in digital and creative disciplines, emerging technologies and trends through continuous education; collaborate with product owners, operators and cross functional teams on the development of member-centric marketing initiatives, campaigns and strategies, and build advocacy for continuing to evolve and innovate the approach to member engagement marketing.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Design or related field required
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years in marketing (ideally with a blend of B2C and B2B or B2B2C), marketing technology, design/creative strategy and/or marketing strategy, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing marketing program budgets, project management and direct staff management with a blend of agency and in-house marketing experience
Proven experience building a marketing tech stack and implementing and managing marketing automation/CRM software (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and various digital and content marketing tools)
Experience leading creative teams in designing, implementing, and executing projects which involve numerous visual elements, stages and stakeholders
Experience and/or familiarity with design, prototyping and creative tools and systems (Adobe CC – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma; Mac OS), user-centered design, UX/UI, motion design, and video production
Experience leading digital marketing teams and with a wide variety of channels and mediums is a must including content marketing, web, mobile/app, SEO, email, text, social, webinars, paid media, etc.
Experience with workflow (e.g. Wrike) and digital asset management tools
Experienced change agent who can motivate teams to achieve alignment to a shared vision

Exceptional project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects and deadlines using data to inform decisions

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated Colorado and New York City compensation is $ $160,000 - $178,000 with eligible bonus opportunity.
