The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting departmental activities related to analyzing operational and financial data required for decision-making of the senior leadership team. The position works closely with the operations team on projects related to performance improvement and benchmarking. Supports development of learning programs, methods, and tools to facilitate understanding of financial, statistical, and productivity information. Supports all decision support activities related to cost management in concert with Financial Systems Integrity, Financial Planning and Budgeting, and other Fiscal Operations departments. Acts as a team lead for Financial Analysts. This position works independently but will receive guidance, strategic direction, training and coaching from Director and other team members.
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, economics, business administration (major in finance), or
Work Experience (Years and Area):
Five (5) years experience in financial analysis and decision support required, preferably in a healthcare
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Bilingual Skills Preferred - Languages: Spanish preferred.
