Position Summary: The Clinical Collaboration Administrator position is a highly skilled technical support role. This position provides technical oversight of the clinical technology platforms such as Nurse Call, Secure Messaging, Alarm Management, and Mobile Collaboration Tools. This role determines operating system software architecture, hardware/software compatibility for the clinical technology environment and is responsible for supporting clinical technology solutions, software products and systems. Leads installations, tests, and implementations of system hardware, software, manufacturer's maintenance releases and utilities. Analyzes and monitors system performance to ensure it is meeting availability, cost models and performance objectives. Leads cross functional technical personnel in resolution of hardware, operating systems, and application software issues. Develops and maintains documentation on system specifications, operating instructions, and documentation methodologies. Operates as a subject matter expert to provide end user support to frontline clinical staff.
Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications and desktop hardware 2+ years' experience in mobile wireless technologies, Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining Information Technology Background in Clinical Communication and Collaboration solutions. Working knowledge of mobile device support and mobility applications Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
Education/Licenses/Certifications: A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment is preferred.
