Position Summary: The Enterprise Mobility Analyst III is an expert-level technical position. This position provides technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of the current MultiCare mobility platforms. Must be experienced in working with EMM/MDM/MAM systems, experience supporting a variety of mobile device operation systems and capable of implementing new solutions as well as routing/complex changes to an enterprise mobile environment. Must be capable of performing as a lead in implementation of the MultiCare Health System Mobility vision and roadmap. Analyzes system performance to ensure it is meeting availability and performance objectives. In addition, the Mobility Engineer III may develop documentation of mobility road map and support procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Five years experience in mobility or wireless technologies, Network operations, implementing, operating, maintaining Information Technology In-Depth knowledge of and demonstrated skills and experience in project management techniques and ability to conceptualize, implement and support technology, applications, programs and services. Fluent in and understanding of computer and healthcare related concepts and vernacular. Experience supporting EMMs/MDMs such as XenMobile, AirWatch, MobileIron to include Mobile Application Management (MAM). Experience with Enterprise Networks and Unified Communication tools. Experience working with telecom providers for contracts and troubleshooting. Previous technical experience with healthcare systems, mobility, networks, and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, business or healthcare. Specific recent relevant Mobility, Information Technology or healthcare experience may be substituted for education. Technical certification (CCNP, Network+, A+, Security+, etc.) or comparable experience preferred Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
