In compliance with applicable State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 vaccine requirement are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption. Requests for medical exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved medical exemption is required to start work.

*Staff working at a MSK New Jersey location must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, which includes having completed the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and booster once eligible as mandated by New Jersey State. All New Jersey staff not yet eligible for a booster must receive a booster within 3 weeks of becoming eligible as a condition of continued employment at MSK.

Note: Individuals are eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster two months after completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19. Because vaccine-induced immunity can wane over time, MSK continues to strongly urge all staff to get a COVID-19 booster as soon as they become eligible to maintain their protective immunity for a longer period.

Job Description

We are looking for a Multimedia Project Coordinator who will be responsible for handling the collection of all video and imagery for MSK's Marketing and Communications Department.

You will report to the senior project manager of MSK Studios and will work with the multimedia and creative design teams to curate, catalog and archive multimedia assets (video and photography). The assets will be included in MSK's enterprise-wide digital asset management (DAM) platform. This individual will be closely involved in the migration of a new DAM platform within the year. The project coordinator will also oversee communications for vendor relationships for the multimedia team ensuring vendors are paid in a timely fashion and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

This position is a hybrid work environment | *On-site work up to 5X a week during initial training period is required

You will!

• Coordinate and maintain workflow process for all multimedia assets
• Collaborate with multimedia, creative design teams to acquire content
• Assist in vendor relationships, payments and renewals
• Ensure multimedia assets are of the highest quality possible and brand compliant
• Resize and reformat multimedia assets for web, blog and social feeds, and aid in multimedia content selection for members of the MSK community

You Have!

• 1-3 years of experience in digital asset management (video and/or photography), ideally with experience in rights management and HIPAA compliance
• Expertise in uploading images and video to library and have an understanding of storage on multiple platforms
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop is preferred
• Familiar with video and photography file formats and sharing files digitally across platforms
• The ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and deliver work on deadline
• Proven organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
