Position Information:
The Finance & Accounting Rep is responsible for complete and accurate data collection associated with the registration of all inpatients and outpatients. The position ensures data collected allows for patient treatment to proceed without undue delay, conforms to WakeMed, North Carolina State and federal regulations, and results in the most complete reimbursement possible. Communicates with individuals in the Case Management Department to ensure payment for self pay and commercial accounts. May function as a registrar collecting data prior to, or at the point of entry.

Experience Requirements:
1 Year Related Position Experience In Healthcare Required

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Or College Courses Business Administration Preferred

Not Applicable

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Weekend Requirements:
Every Fourth
