The role you’ll contribute:
The Senior Manager, Sr. Associate Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. A-HRBP) Non-Acute Care is responsible for providing a proactive,practical,and valued HR perspective in partnership with HRBP and non-acute business vertical leadership. The Sr. A-HRBP will serve as consultanttoleaders, providers and staff on human resources related issues, while serving as a change agent. The Sr. A-HRBP provides input intoHRprograms, initiatives, and service delivery strategy based on business needs and advises on the deployment and deliveryof HR initiatives and provides support to HR Business Partner on the HR strategicplan. The Sr. A-HRBP serves as a partner to shared services as needed and is a key player in the implementation ofstrategicvalue-added programs on behalf of the non-acute business vertical and COE strategy, ensuring alignment in support ofattracting,engaging, and retaining top talent. The Sr. A-HRBP will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills,theability to develop cohesive solutions, diagnose issues, influence, and guide all levels ofmanagement.

•Provides guidance for front line leaders to include but not limited to coaching, counseling, career development,policyinterpretation and application. Establishes relationships in order to work as trusted partner and advisor tonon-acute business verticalleadership. Maintains open communication in order to execute programs, services and solutions to enablesuccessfulachievement of business objectives. Advises on practices related to workforce planningandrecruitment, leadership development, employee development and training, performance management andcompensationreviews, career and succession, workforce analytics and organizational effectiveness within specific business unit(s)asdesignated.
•Partner with HRBP on the implementation of HR programs and initiatives with non-acute clients. Translateslocalbusiness requirements into HR goals and actions, in line with the organization and business vertical strategicinitiatives.
•Consults with HR Shared Services, utilizing knowledge of market trends that may impact future talent sources inthemarket, to drive talent acquisition strategies. Works with talent acquisition on strategies to support departmentallabordemand models. Consults on recruitment, staffing needs, position, and job code changes. Collaborates on newhireexperience and onboarding to enhance culture integration for newemployees. Assists with compliance efforts related to regulatory standards, including generating written responses, reviewingdatafor accuracy, partnering with shared services document management team, and providing documentation totheappropriate authorities. Collaborates on development, implementation, and communication of HR proceduresandpolicies.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or relatedfield
•Minimum 5 years of working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, includingcompensation, practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal/state respectiveemployment laws OR
•Graduate of the AH Leadership Residency program AND 3 years of progressive human resourcemanagementexperience
•Minimum 2 year of applicable leadershipexperience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEPREFERRED:
•Master's degree in human resources, organizational leadership, or relatedfield
•6+ years of HR advisoryexperience
•Management experience within a healthcareorganization.
•Project management and consultingexperience
