The role you’ll contribute:
The iSynergy Supply Chain Analyst is part of the Supply Chain team supporting multiple Supply Chain modules, including Maintenance Management, and technologies for Shared Services, employees, and managers at our Hospitals. Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Process Manager/Manager and is responsible for completing Supply Chain related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects whether system or operational. The iSynergy Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain / Maintenance Modules.The iSynergy Supply Chain Analyst may be assigned support tickets needing resolution, as well as, perform testing in partnership with various internal and external stakeholder teams.
The iSynergy Supply Chain Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy Supply Chain Analyst is expected to handle one or many projects or initiatives and deliver the agreed outcomes and objectives within the assigned scope. The iSynergy Supply Chain Analyst is always expected to keep the confidentiality of the team and Senior Leadership from discussions and advanced knowledge both at work and off hours. The iSynergy Supply Chain Analyst must display a positive attitude toward decisions that have been made for direction, be collaborative on projects, embrace change and lead, using the company mission, vision and values, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of Supply Chain / Maintenance business processes and practice requirements, including applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable Supply Chain / Maintenance external laws to anticipate and discuss ideas for application design needs.
Be willing to explore & accept creative solutions; be prepared to alter business “as is” to “business as may need to be” for future system optimization.
Willingly contribute and share ideas, system knowledge and understanding of core Supply Chain / Maintenance business processes to increase team/project effectiveness and establish positive working relationships throughout the project by a positive work attitude and inclusive team environment.
Communicate effectively and work as assigned with all business partners with precise clarity, timeliness, honesty, and balance in oral and written communications based on understanding project deadlines in order to facilitate completion of tasks on time
oWork as directed, to ensure solutions related to identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful end user experience
oActively participate in facility requirement gathering sessions as assigned to determine and document objectives and gaps to meet stakeholder needs
oAssist in identifying and documenting required functional specifications, document, build, and test identified changes to processes and business practices for all projects assigned, including input on lessons learned to provide a better end user experience
oProvide information to Training team needed for the development of end-user training materials.
May require off hours support to support project activities.
Travel is up to 50%
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or 3-5 years combined experience related to Supply Chain, Healthcare, Maintenance Management or equivalent experience may be considered
Basic knowledge of Supply Chain systems/operations
Basic system/application/data troubleshooting
Analytical skills, critical thinking and root cause analysis process
Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
