Position Information:
The Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering strategic programming to meet professional and leadership development program goals. Partners with organizational leaders and departments to determine learning and development solutions that will improve business results, enhance culture and drive organizational success. Cultivates strategic partnerships with staff and leaders to develop trust, confidence and credibility.

Experience Requirements:
3 Years Organizational Development And/Or Consulting Required - And 5 Years Leadership Development And/Or Program Development And/Or Consulting Preferred

Education Required:
Master's Degree Management Or Education Or Business Administration Or Organizational Development Or Communication Or Related Field Required - And Doctorate Education Or Psychology Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Facilitator And DDI Facilitator Preferred

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
