Come join our team.The Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and attracting talent for Physician and APP positions. The position will support the growth of Mary Washington Healthcare by providing Physician and APP Recruitment services that result in the successful placement of high-quality physicians and APPs throughout the system. The position will work collaboratively with Recruitment Leaders and VP, Physician Practice Operations to create a comprehensive physician recruitment plan that supports the immediate and long-term goals of th
