You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of UCLA Health activations as you ensure close alignment with timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance. You will develop and implement transition and activation planning for new hospital services, associated clinics, ancillary services, and other related spaces. This will include the global move plan, sequencing, and physical move concepts. You will integrate human resource and Information Services and Solutions considerations and secure the input of other key departments (e.g., procurement, PDC, licensing, marketing, finance, etc.).
In this role, you will adhere to all relevant federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures and interpret their impact on project execution. You will also serve as a single point of contact for all relevant projects spanning the UCLA Hospital and Clinic System and will communicate project progress, risks, barriers, etc. to key stakeholders while soliciting their feedback, input, and perspectives as you promote strong cooperation, teamwork, and collaboration.
Salary Range: $105,200-$250,600 Annually
QualificationsWe’re seeking a self-directed, customer-focused, results-driven leader with:
* A related Bachelor’s degree * Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, etc.) preferred * Five or more years of directly related experience * Three or more years of management consulting or project management experience desired * Experience in a highly-matrixed academic medical center or health system strongly preferred * Knowledge of healthcare financing, budgeting, and managerial accounting * Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and system-level thinking abilities * Experience navigating the intersections of clinical care, research, and education within clinical operations * Ability to establish multi-disciplinary governance structures to drive organizational change * Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills * Demonstrated conflict resolution abilities
