Job DescriptionUnder limited supervision, the Perioperative Services Operations Manager participates in planning, implementation, management and evaluation of service/ department activities, in accordance with national standards and administrative policies. Responsible for preparing and ensuring accuracy of monthly financial reports for each assigned cost center. Reviews and analyzes variances with each team and tracks progress of any improvement plans. Develops and monitors operating and capital budgets to ensure accurate reporting of revenue and expenses.
