SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Chief Information Officer and the Director of IT Operations, the ServiceNow Developer is responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integrations business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in areas of administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform. The individual will focus primarily on ServiceNow development and administration via configuration, implementation, and integrations that must occur to support service projects.
