Supervisor Patient Accounts
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Patient Accounts Director, is responsible for the supervision and direction of the patient accounts department, including workflow design, training of new hires, managing workloads, and troubleshooting complex claims/issues. Maintains positive relationships with vendors and actively monitors performance while serving as their primary point of contact. Works closely with all payers, identifying trends and escalating claim issues. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all department workflows and serves as our primary subject matter expert; manages account receivable activities to ensure optimal revenue outcomes and customer experience. EXPERIENCE:3-5 years business office experience required. SPECIAL SKILLS:Excellent customer service and communication skills
