HOME OFFICE LOCATION
St. Louis, MO, with the ability to work from home subject to CHA’s policies on flexible work arrangements. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience

• 3–5 years of experience in web content management and digital communications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines

• Experience using a website Content Management System/CMS (Sitefinity preferred) and intermediate-level HTML/CSS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Canva

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards

• Project management skills and ability to recommend proactive content solutions

• Familiarity with email distribution platforms (HubSpot preferred) and digital asset management tools

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar website analytics tools
