Atlantic Health is seeking a full-time intern for the Guest Relations & Volunteer Services Department. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic's mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. The intern's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Research latest trends in hospital guest services including wayfinding
- Identify volunteer opportunities across the hospital properties
- Support Junior Summer Volunteer Program
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives for enhancing the guest experience
- Partner with Emergency Department and Patient Flow Team to improve the communication and experience for those admitted patients holding in the ED
- Implement quality improvement projects
- Analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private college/university
- Be in good academic standing
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
