Join our dynamic team as an Application Analyst I - Epic Beacon, where you'll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

• Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, and notes

• Assist with answering tickets in EPIC work ques

• Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.

• Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders

• Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.

• Assist with work ques within EPIC

Key Qualifications

• Active certification in Epic Ambulatory required

• Epic Beacon certification preferred, certification required to be obtained after starting in role (MSK will sponsor)

• Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.

Core Skills

• Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision

• Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.

• Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others

Additional Information:

• Reporting to Associate Director, Application Services

• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday

• Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY
