Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Responsible for providing reliable solutions to complex technical situations throughout the Academic Enterprise.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the Installation and setup of simulation mannequins and technical support on all hardware and software
Conducts extensive testing on new releases of software and hardware prior to releasing new products into live academic environment
Provides maintenance of system hardware and software, developing and implementing backup/restore policies and procedures, installations of application upgrades/patches, and managing system security procedures.
Provides specialized technical services intended to resolve complex issues on computing, simulation and other types of equipment utilized throughout the institution.
Provides training and develops user-focused procedures for faculty, staff, and students when new equipment is introduced into the academic or business environment
