- Obtains and records pain rating, weight, height, intake and output, and finger stick blood glucose.
- Demonstrates efficiency with safety lights, turns, and positioning of patients to ensure correct body alignment and maintain skin integrity.
- Assists patients with ADLs, including passing meals, nourishments, and fresh water at bedside.
- Participates in hourly rounding and answers call lights in a timely manner.
- Reports changes in vital signs and patient status to appropriate staff.

• Ability to learn and apply computer-related applications and programs, including using electronic keyboards and other peripheral devices. [Required]

• Vacular Sheath pull training /experience [Preferred]
